These guys were a pleasure to work with. My watch was better than I imagined. It was just as described and pictured! This was my first purchase on Chrono24 and the whole process from start to finish was quick, efficient and easy. They even delivered my watch on the same week I purchased it and communicated with me every step of the way. This dealer went above and beyond and I really appreciate them. My girl loved my watch so much that now we're looking to get one for her from the same guys.

Communication was ok from start and everything seems to be legit. However my item was not in the sellers hand at the time of payment and the seller could not honour the sale since they could not get hold of the watch at the agreed upon price. It was blamed upon fluctuating market price. However once a deal is made the price is locked. The seller should have obtained the watch at the time we agreed on the price. Got a full refund but the money was still unavailable to me for a week where I lost the chance for another watch.

The watch is unworn as described however the item received is short where bracelet links are missing, maybe a few links. I wouldnt think it would be the case. Regardless, seller is able to accommodate just enough links to well fitted into my wrist size.
