Chris could not have been more helpful and provided a very professional customer service. He answered all my questions regarding the watch honestly and provided photos to help me gauge the condition. He arranged for next day delivery, the watch had been securely and carefully packaged and wrapped in gift wrap with all the original documentation and warrantees enclosed. Chris then followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. This is the first time I have used Chrono24 and Chris' help and advice made this process easy - I would definitely recommend this seller,

I could not be more happier with this watch. It was in excellent condition and better than advertised, the communication was very prompt and super friendly. The watch was delivered within a day of purchasing, gift wrapped and with the time taken to do a hand written note of thanks. But the greatest thing, they help me to put a big smile on my daughter face for her birthday with this watch where other bigger name Jewellers had let me down terribly. Thank you Prestons (Chris) for such a smooth transaction. I hope we can do business again in the future. Many thanks Owen.
