Bonjour monsieur Avant tt on n’a pas pris un mois à vous répondre … un peu plus que 2 semaines car on a du attendre la réponse du concessionnaire !! On a fait la demande le jour même on l’a reçu de votre part !!Et nous avons relancé afin de vous répondre dans les meilleurs délais et insisté afin d ´échanger le bracelet comme requis mais malheureusement c’est pas possible. Comme mentionné au message,Il faut le payer et aucun échange n’est permis. Et c’est pas notre faute si la réponse de leur part a pris plus de temps que prévu !! Bien cordialement

Der Händler hat in der Kommunikation mit mir nach dem Kauf irreführende Angaben gemacht, die darauf schließen ließen, dass die Uhr nicht die abgebildete sei. außerdem waren die Kommunikationsart und Wortwahl in diskutabel.

Te hemos pedido repetidamente que devuelvas el reloj y te has negado usted es una persona complicada y conflictiva que lo único que ha hecho es amenazarnos desde el momento 0 después de recibir el reloj….. Al punto de que fuimos nosotros que abrimos la mediación y hemos pedido a Chrono 24 que se comunique contigo y que nos devuelvas el reloj y te has negado a hacerlo porque no queremos vender nuestros relojes a personas como tú que nos amenazan!! Y que no escriben de manera educada Es una gran mentira que el reloj no era el de las fotos porque solo tenemos uno Para que tengas un poco de credibilidad deja de mentir !! Y la próxima vez no compres por internet ya que tu persona es tiene muchas dudas insegura conflictiva y amenazadora !!

Customer service from this dealer was very poor. The watch I bought was wrongly advertised with faulty reference number and dimensions and even though I had no reason to doubt the advert I asked before hand just to be sure that it was actually the watch as advertised which they confirmed. So big disappointment when it wasn't and actually got a smaller lady size. Mistakes happen but this dealer offered no solution to provide me with the watch I paid for and even worse refuse to pay for the return costs. Big shout out to Chrono24 who actually cares about customers and paid for the return costs. PS. I highly doubt it was a mistake after all because the watch is again listed with the wrong reference number and dimensions so be aware !!
