Das Uhrwerk ist sehr schwerfällig und bedarf definitiv einer Revision. Auch war das Armband in einem nicht guten Zustand, keine Stiftschraube ließ sich lösen.

Incasso le valutazioni negative come fossero medaglie al merito quando provengono da persone (come questa) profondamente maleducate e prive di rispetto per il lavoro altrui. Persona che non ha mai risposto ai miei messaggi, che ha ricevuto un orologio davvero bello e in ottime condizioni generali, con un bracciale ampio ma comunque molto rigido, in modo fulmineo, ben impacchettato e accompagnato dai soliti piccoli regali e dal mio ringraziamento personale e che, anzichè comunicarmi il suo disappunto (assolutamente comprensibile quando un oggetto non piace), ha preferito il silenzio e la valutazione negativa. Siamo nell'era trip advisor, quella della recensione malvagia data con leggerezza, siamo nell'era peggiore della storia dell'umanità. Va bene così. 👍

The shipping to me was nice and the watch was well packaged. It looked as the photos do. There was a problem with the movement; it wasn't allowing me to set the time or date and had a lot of resistance when turning the crown in the 2nd position. When I raised this with the seller, and said I want to return it, he said it had been checked before sending. Thereafter he started saying I was never interested in buying the watch in the first place, if I'm willing to return it so quickly. The reality is that I paid for a product that was said to be working correctly, and it wasn't on arrival. Thereafter the buyer said shipping to India is what's to blame. I don't get this at all. I import a lot of materials for my business via FedEx, UPS, and DHL, and they are very professional. After I initiated the return process, the seller said he'd give me 80 euros, otherwise he'll make a loss. Eventually the watch got back to him and I was refunded the money by Chrono24. Clearly the site is good at addressing issues, but dealing with this seller was not a pleasant experience.

Sometimes we can meet common cheaters: this one broke a part of the movement (the watch has been serviced few weeks before the shipping) and after 5 minutes from the delivery (!!!) he asked for the return. I've lost approx 80€ in this transaction but i've learned so many things (never ship to India anymore!). The watch has been serviced and fixed in 15 minutes after the return and now it's for sale in perfect condition. Shame on you and on people like you.

orologio con datario in portoghese, non specificato nelle informazioni tecniche (la foto dell'oggetto riporta dom, uno dei giorni in cui portoghese e italiano coincidono). Non funziona il cambio rapido del giorno della settimana.

Acquirente davide zanazio: si lamenta perché la scatola "ha odore di muffa", "non ci sono i documenti, ah no, ci sono", "il cuscino della scatola è sgonfio". Evitate di perderci tempo.

Ma vede la scatola nella descrizione? 3 stelline per la spedizione: orologio consegnato il giorno dopo con regali e ringraziamenti nel plico. 3 stelle per comunicazione: ho ringraziato e aggiornato dal primo momento, fino alla consegna e oltre. grazie, non la consiglio come cliente.

Mi spiace, ma io più velocemente di così (mezza giornata dall'Italia alla Francia) non riuscivo. :-))) Grazie, comunque, per l'acquisto e la fiducia. Un caro saluto
