I am very disappointed in your review. I shipped the watch FedEx International Priority, the same day Chrono24 let me know it was safe to ship. Your package went through Canadian customs. I have no control over how long it takes them to process a package. I was never notified of a problem. A tracking number was entered in the Chrono24 format, and sent to you, and the package was delivered in a timely manner. So I am puzzled. Also, you asked me to questions prior to shipping and I answered immediately. In reference to the item description, I sent you a splendid watch at a great price. It was clearly stated you were buying a preowned watch in excellent condition. Is that not what you received? As a matter of fact, the watch just came back from Blancpain service, and had not been worn since. There were 12 pictures shown of the watch and its contents. Pictures were taken with a Leica camera on a macro setting. Since you are displeased, I am happy to take the watch back and give you a full refund.
