seller took a long time to reply messages, sometimes they wouldn't even reply. Had to get chrono to contact them. package took ages to arrive even though it was sent on dhl express. package was sent back to seller as seller failed to respond to dhl queries. would not recommend seller.

Purtroppo non mi sono trovato bene perché ho acquistato un prodotto come disponibile ma che in realtà non lo è mai stato. Dopo un mese e mezzo di continui rinvii ho dovuto annullare l’ordine. Spero andrà meglio la prossima volta

Niestety sprzedający podaje daty dostępności produktu, których nie jest w stanie dotrzymać, a co najgorsze stosuje metodę wielokrotnie. Niestety, pomimo najszczerszych chęci, nie mogę polecić tego sprzedającego.

il était indiqué sur l'annonce : "livraison entre 6 et 10 jours" , apres cinq reports, il aura fallu au final 8 semaines pour être livré d'un simple bracelet. ca fait long ! donc trés déçu. de plus la taille n'étant pas mentionnée, je me retrouve avec un bracelet dont une partie semble trés courte donc la boucle se retrouve décalée du poignet ce qui est moche mais surtout gênant.

The seller sold me an item doesn’t have on hand. Communication is terrible. After I bought the item, the seller ordered the item from Mido! Shipping took almost 2 months!

Have ordered a leather strap, unfortunately the strap could not be delivered. I give this low rating because there was no communication what so ever, after 1,5 week the order has just been cancelled. I dont have any experience in buying a watch from this supplier. Cheers

Ship was delayed three months! Even got a similar item, similar distance a month later and of course got here before, no accountability by the seller, just said, many times, it’s delay due to pandemics; no way to track shipment at all. Totally unhappy!

Ce professionnel m'a menti sur l'article (bracelet en titane) et sur sa longueur. Après m'a réclamation il m'a proposé de m'envoyer des maillons complémentaires et après 2 semaines n'ayant rien reçu, il m'annonce qu'il n'y a plus de maillons disponibles. Donc il faut maintenant que je renvois la bracelelet pour me faire rembourser. Je ne comprends d'ailleurs pas pourquoi chrono24 a payé sans mon accord sachant qu'il y avait un problème.

Watch in question was not in stock, in fact watch wasn't released on the market yet. When i finally realised that i cancelled the order. Now i have to wait for Chrono24 to return my money. Frustrating and dissapointing experience. Communication from the seller was poor.

After payment, turns out item was not on stock and had to be ordered with Seiko. Seller reported that delivery would require two months. Why sell something that you don’t have?

Commande passée, délai de livraison dépassé, après réclamation, le vendeur m'avoue qu'ils n'ont pas le produit en stock. Attente plusieurs semaines avec un délai de livraison sans cesse repoussé, j'ai finalement annulé la commande.

The dealer sold a watch they didn’t have. It didn’t even arrive to them by the end of the estimated delivery period. I cancelled the order as I didn’t wish to wait about month for the watch I’d paid for.

L’annonce stipulait que la montre était dispo et une fois validé le paiement. Elle ne l’est plus et ne peut plus l’avoir. Pourtant cela avait bien commencé réactif à ma première sollicitation mais après, plus compliqué d’avoir des réponses à mes questions. Dommage

All the communication emails where in German despite me asking for them in English, so I obviously didn't understand a thing. My order took a very long time to arrive. Over all not very happy with this dealer.

I waited for two months instead of one 2-6 days as mentioned in the ad. The watch was placed in a small green Seiko box instead of the original white one, so now i don't have a full set and this will affect the value if I plan to sell the watch. When I asked the dealer if they could compensate me or inquire with Seiko for a original box they wrote "If you don't want the watch please send it back" This after a two month delay... Zero stars for customer service!

we have found that since my wife started using the watch, it works some of the time and it does not work some of the time. there seems to be an intermittent fault whereby the watch will not synch with the MMT-365 App causing it to lose time frequently. i'm an Alpina horological watch owner already so I'm familiar with how to use the watch. this watch that you supplied me is not working properly. would you please let me know what you would like me to do with the watch as I cannot use it in this state?

Seller used the wrong adres even though I repeatedly asked him to check the adres. Also the seller said repeatedly that the item was send while it was not.
