Strange experience. Sold a watch that was 15 years older than claimed. It stopped working within a month or two. I contacted the seller, no response. Escalation to Chrono24 resulted in the seller agreeing to a return / refund. Seller has had the watch now for a week. No response again. No refund.

I purchased watch and waited for delivery and the watch was already sold. Purchased watch from another dealer.

The dealer said I could get the watch in a few days and the watch was in perfect and mint condition(as advertised) before I place the order. However, after I placed the order, the dealer failed to ship the watch and said the watch had some mechanical issues (he said it was normal). Then, they started to ignore my messages so I have to contact Chrono24 support twice in order to get one reply from them. I placed the order like about 3 weeks ago and they told me yesterday that they still could not fulfill the order. Very bad communication and a very bad experience overall.
