Time Rediscovered was founded in response to the over-pricing, complexity and lack of transparency we experienced ourselves when buying and selling vintage watches. We founded Time Rediscovered as a alternative, with a mission to make buying and selling vintage luxury watches fairer, more transparent and more meaningful.
- Better Value: We operate using a lean e-commerce focused model meaning our running costs are 20-50% cheaper than a traditional London dealer. We pass these savings onto you so when you buy from us you know you'll always be getting a good deal;
- Transparent: We're always upfront about what we're selling. Our focus is mainly on 100% original watches in collector condition. However in the event we do stock a watch that has non original parts, been re-lummed or re-dialled we'll always be upfront about it;
- Double Authenticated: We know how important authenticity is to our customers, that why we go to the time and cost (two metrics we obsess over) to double authenticate every watch we sell. Watches are first authenticated by our watch maker before being sent off to a leading independant authenticator for 100% unbiased condition to the watch's authenticity.
- Meaningful: We won't go on about it but we simply believe that doing business should be about more than making money. That's why for every watch we sell we donate enough to our charity partner to provide clean and fresh drinking water to one person. Not only giving them access to something we all take for granted but also allowing them to rediscover time previously lost every day treking to find (often dirty) water.
