The interaction with this dealer was excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase from this dealer again. There was a problem with the watch, unfortunately, but we managed to find an agreement (based on a return of the watch). Communication was very clear, and I was sorry that the watch had to be returned.

Took a week from Poland to Spain so i reccomend thecdealer to use another delivery method/company.

Hi, the watch that I bought was Certina DS Podium Robert Kubica Limited Edition. The very moment I received the watch, I adjusted the date, day and time. As communicated to the dealer, the date cannot be directly adjusted by the crown. It will only twitch and remain at the same date. I will need to turn the time till it's past 12am for the date to flip to the next date or wait for the watch to go past 12am on its own for the date to change. Dealer seems to think that I have no idea how to adjust the date and did try to help me but I have owned lots of watches and I certainly do know how to adjust the date of a watch. Apart from this, the strap condition was not very good and the inner part of the strap has some cracks and bits of it will come off after just one use. Needless to say, I changed the strap. These are the 2 that I don't notice in the description which the dealer has to improve on. I do not wish to return or get a refund as it will be too much of a hassle and the watch is still in working condition. Oh and I did notice that the very same watch is still up on sale under the same dealer. Not sure if others will have the same issue.

Nice person, good communication, shipment took a bit too long and tracking of the shipment once it left Poland was no longer available until it reached my place and an email came saying they would deliver that same day. Nevertheless I recommend this retailer as communication was prompt and very kind. Many thanks Paul.

Klockan skickades iväg av handlaren mkt snabbt inkl kontinuerlig tracking. Klockan överensstämde med annonstexten Nyskick, men det som var mindre bra var att Garantikortets info ej alls stämde överens med klockans serienummer? Likaså var streckkods lappen till en helt annan klocka?? Hallå! Och köpesumman som var överförd i förskott till ett klientkonto den betalades ut av Chrono24 innan jag godkänt mottagandet? Likaså besvarade inte Chrono24 några av alla de mail jag skickade dem om felaktigt serienummer,mm,mm. Det mest intressanta för Chrono24 var att få in sin försäljningsprocent. Räkna inte med att få hjälp via Chrono24 om det uppstår div, problem, inte minsta chans!
