Amazing communication, shipping was fast, watch was securely packaged. One issue, there is a significant scuff on the date window. The dealer assured there were no scratches, this was indeed a miss on the dealers part. Otherwise the watch is in excellent condition.

The listing had a ‘very good’ condition status, though the watch came in with 4 rather large scratches on the sapphire crystal. A bit of a dishonest rating, in my opinion.

The watch is in pristine condition. The only issue was with one of the screws in the Oyster band, which was either stripped or replaced. I spoke with the owner who offered to replace it if I sent it back. I decided I’d keep it, but this should have been disclosed before sale.

Rolex box was damaged I wish it was packaged with bubble wrap. Overall good experience.

I received the watch in good condition. The seller wedged the box into an undersize FedEx shipping box so that the sides bowed out and I imagine the watch got bumped around quite a bit because it may not of been properly protected. I would recommend that they use a proper size shipping box to ship out their watches.

Dealer contact was sort of short and did not elaborate especially when the price changed overbite. They did negotiate somewhat although the communication regarding this could have been better.

I saw the rolex daytona has more strach than i saw in picture. There is some buff on the yellow gold strap. And bazel is not quite good as in the picture. The service is excellent. Shipment is punctual. Fast communication is taking place. Thank you.

The watch looked very good on receipt, beautiful condition. However, the chronometer did not work properly. The seller had me return the watch for service and then sent it back to me - but it still did not work, so I returned the watch and had my money refunded. While I was disappointed, I must say that the seller was very responsive and prompt in trying to resolve the issue. As such, I would recommend them. While I did get a full refund, this small transaction still cost me $52 for a foreign transaction fee on my credit card. I was not aware that this would be a foreign transaction since the seller was in the US. Had I known this, I would have used a different credit card that did not charge a transaction fee. So - beware. This is on chrono24 for not making it clear - not the seller.

Watch originally arrived apparently without having been serviced or checked, so it was losing time very badly. This was my first purchase on your site, and from this dealer, so I was not sure whether I should expect the watch to be working correctly. However, the seller promptly asked me to send the watch back for remedial work, which was carried out promptly at the seller’s expense. The seller also paid for my return shipping. The watch now seems to be functioning correctly, within normal tolerances, so I (and my wife, for whom it was a gift) are quite happy.

My main issue with this purchase was that the seller listed the watch saying it comes "original box and original papers" The watch did come with an original box but no paper work besides a receipt for a watch overhaul that was performed in 2018. I communicated to the seller that I was mislead and unhappy due to this and asked if perhaps the seller could give me any type of discount since the watch was listed incorrectly but he said he was unable to extend any credit or courtesy to me. It's a shame because I felt extremely happy about this purchase, only to be extremely dissatisfied in the end.

Der Preis für den Zoll war etwas hoch. Ich denke, ich verzollte das Gesamtgewicht der Uhr als Gold. Dies war bei anderen Uhren aus den USA nicht der Fall...
