Ho ricevuto un Panerai con una lesione evidente sul vetro in zaffiro. Lesione non segnalata e non visibile nelle foto. Il commerciante si è giustificato dicendo che quella lesione rientrava nei “segni di usura appena visibili o invisibili”. Il reso e la comunicazione sono stati eccellenti! Ma il fatto è molto grave, commerciale poco serio.

Mixed experience. There was some undisclosed damage to one of the links that was not obvious from the pictures, but as soon as I had the watch in my hand the damage was obvious. Apart from that, the watch really is in fantastic condition overall for its age, but I will need to get the damage repaired, which I don't think I should be liable to pay for. Communication was consistent and in a timely fashion, however, it felt like I was trying to pull teeth sometimes; gaining the information I needed in order to make an informed decision was sometimes difficult. Details I requested about bracelet markings were vague, and didn't inspire confidence; they didn't seem to know enough about the watch. Fortunately (for piece of mind) I had the watch verified immediately by an independent watchmaker, who confirmed the bracelet was genuine and explained its history and was able to answer my questions. This might seem overkill, but I've been sent a fake watch by another dealer on chrono24 a couple years back, so you can never be too careful. If your gut feeling is telling you something, don't ignore it! To finish, I would recommend this dealer. Apart from the damage to the link, the watch is in excellent overall condition, was competitively priced especially with a dial that's so difficult to find. Going forward, the dealer should be more forthcoming with information and declare any defects or damage so the buyer knows up front exactly what they're getting. Postage and packing was fast and reliable.

Belle montre, bon rapport qualité prix, MAIS j'aurais aimé connaitre les défauts dans la description : montre polie et boite incomplète (coussin de la mauvaise couleur)

The watch not having the original leather strap and the gold buckle for chopard watch and also the pin to fix the time all these items were missing.

The case was indeed in very good condition but the bracelet I received with the watch is stretched in needs a restoration, in the end I will pay 3500€ extra to have a watch I can wear often. So, bittersweet.
