The new chrono rules oblige me to send the parcel within three days. I explained that I was on vacation and could not take the order immediately. After returning, I replied that the buyer would have the watch the next day after payment. I'm sorry you had to wait so long.

Orologio acquistato nuovo ma arrivato con evidente segno sul quadrante e cinturino rotto. Non capisco come il venditore non abbia verificato l’oggetto al momento dell’imballo. Il venditore si è dimostrato onesto, ed ha attivato la procedura di reso.

Comentariul comerciantului:

1. There was a factory defect in the watch clasp, we really did not notice it (since we did not open the clasp). And so they immediately apologized and offered to take the watch back. 2. We received the watch back on the end of the case there was a strong scratch. When we sent the watch to the client, there was no scratch (this can also be seen in the photo in the ad). But since there was a problem with the fastener, we decided to show loyalty and not open a dispute. 3. We carried out the shipment at our own expense there and back. It is a pity that the client rates so low in shipping and communication. We wish to find your watch!
