I had to return the product due to a flaw I observed (I'm the dealers original post) prior to the dealer sending the product. I requested the dealer cancel the transaction instead of mailing the Milgauss. I was assured it was a reflection (answered within minutes). Upon delivery the a 1 inch scratch the present on the case. The transaction lead to a $104.00 and lost time. I am currently waiting for the dealer to inspect the returned package package was received 9 hours ago).

People like yourself should buy new from the boutique, as for your recollection of events the scratch was not on the case it was on the buckle and it was a hairline scratch. You were offered the option to send the watch back free of charge and told me you were no longer interested because you didn't want the watch polished. Knowing the watch is preowned. I believe you bought something without a care in the world now want to push your mistakes on other people. GROW UP. We don't recommend this buyer he's arrogant. Doesn't know anything about watches.
