Watch arrived broken. When adjusting the time the hour hand did not move and there was a grinding feeling in the adjustment. I was told I was going to receive a newer model but they just did a quick "repair" and sent it back to me. The return ship took way longer than communicated and was blamed on a "FedEx shipping delay". Really?!?! On the other side of the coin they never ignored my emails and my mediation claim with Chrono24 was handled professionally and promptly.

The watch arrived and I took it to a Rolex store to have two links taken out. The Watchmaker immediately came back out and highlighted the watch was a fake. It was one of the best he'd seen but showed me the real Pepsi and highlighted the differences. Please do not deal with this dealer, I am appalled at the fraudulent behaviour.

The watch you bought has a custom bezel on it as advertised, the watch is original 116710 which came on a black bezel, if your watchmaker looked at the movement he wouldn't have waisted both our times....Also the new pepsi has a different model and movement which he should have known, also the pepsi is 10k more in price.

The watch was listed as "authentic." It was authentic Rolex parts, but it was not an authentic Rolex model. My Rolex servicer would not much it because it was not original. I found that a lot of watch resellers will substitute parts to create a model that is hot or desirable. What you end up paying is a lot of money for a watch that is not an authentic Rolex. When a dealer says it's authentic, the serial number should match the original model. Porsche does it with their cars. A 911 is worth much more if it's number matching to the original build. An engine or transmission from another vehicle reduces the value. It's the same with watches, IMHO.

Item arrived defective and when I emailed the dealer he said "maybe it needs service". One would think for $5k the service would have been performed before it left the dealer, what a novel idea.

Selling a Rolex without explaining "custom" bezel meant aftermarket non-existent issued bezel on real watch without listing what type of 'donor' watch it was being made from.
