In the information about the watch it was stated that it was in original state. I trusted this seller and payed a premium price. Unfortunately I have since then realized that they (or the previous owner) have quite lazily brushed the entire bracelet including the golden screws which are supposed to be polished, not brushed. It is dissapointing to see and I will eventually have to refinish the bracelet which will cost me more.

Die Kommunikation verlief gut. Die Uhr selbst hatte höchstwahrscheinlich einen Wasserschaden, was vom Händler nicht erwähnt wurde. Habe es selber erst nach dem bestellen an den Bildern gesehen. Das Zifferblatt ist fleckig und die Beschriftung ist leicht aufgelöst. Auch wenn es kein Wasserschaden ist, war definitiv irgendwas damit. Wie gesagt wurde nicht erwähnt.

After receiving the watch it was immediately examined by an authorized rolex dealer. The watch was 100% original but slightly scratched from wear. Would expect it to be flawless when it's sold as "new".

Kommunikation mit dem Händler war sehr gut. Leider gab es keine Beschreibung bei dem Umfang der Uhr, also muss ich hoffen das es passt. Ansonsten müsste man bei Rolex direkt ein weiteres Glied bestellen. VERPACKUNG war nicht wirklich gut verpackt. Karton ein Stück Plastikfolie das war’s. FEDEX hat KEINE UNTERSCHRIFT GEFORDERT, KEINEN AUSWEIS ODER SONST ETWAS. PAKET EINFACH RAUSGEGEBEN AN DEN DER DIE TÜR AUFGEMACHT HAT. Bei einer 11.000€ Uhr sollte es etwas sicherer sein!!!

Prompt responses. Double, triple check images, supplier is not the most forthcoming in terms of watch condition and performance. Ended up with a Rolex that was gaining 30 seconds a day, so needs servicing. Dealer offered to fix if I was happy to send back.

Communication with the dealer was without delays and always to the point, they also accepted to resize the bracelet. It was a bad surprise that the links were scratched up and screws were damaged. For a watch described as new without signs of wear, that wasn’t acceptable - and so I returned the watch for a full refund. It’s really not a good practice to send a damaged item and expect buyer to accept a discount to keep it…

rolex watch was advertised as full set with full links on the watch. upon receipt I always make an open box video and on this I was able to demonstrate that the watch was missing 1 link compared to the advertisement shown. when I stated this in writing it was indicated that this is not possible and she wanted to see the video as proof. Then I sent the video and they saw that indeed a link was missing. they would send a link, no apologies were made. later I also saw that the screws in the links were damaged, these have also been replaced in my opinion because the screws on the advertisement shown were undamaged. After that I no longer had faith in this watch and the seller, so I sent the watch back. settlement of this went very well, shipping costs were also reimbursed, contact with employees also very good. but overall not a good feeling about this transaction.

Dealer sold the watch to another client although he had received payment confirmation from myself through Chrono24 by sending the swift confirmation . Dealer did not respect Chrono24 policies which clearly state that the time gap between payment confirmation and actual money reception to the escrow due to bank process lag may take 2-3 days. Other than that dealer was flatly polite , saying sorry Chrono24 will help you find another watch. I suppose that’s the market attitude but surely this client service attitude destroys the experience. I have purchased quite a few watches through Chrono24 and this incident was my first.

Die Uhr wurde nicht vollständig geliefert. Zwei Armbandglieder fehlten. Auf Nachfrage wurde eins nachgeliefert. Zudem wurde das Unterteil des Kartons, das im Angebot fotografiert war, gegen ein beschädigtes Unterteil getauscht. Fragen dazu wurden nur ausweichend beantwortet.

Bonne communication au début avec Maria Mais une très mauvaise experience après vente avec une certaine Cindy. Le porte carte fournie pour la carte de garantie ne semblait pas être un original et cette personne m'a assez mal répondu par Email en me disant que cela ne coûte que 20euros, mais si cela ne coute vraiment que 20 euros alors pourquoi ne pas m'en envoyer un original, de la bonne couleur, par la poste ?.. Pour un achat à 10 650 € je suis un peu déçu de ce genre de réaction. De plus le remontoir couronne était extrêmement serré au point qu'il était complètement bloqué, j'ai dû aller dans un magasin rolex le faire desserrer ,et l'horloger rolex en personne m'a dit que ce n'est pas normal qu'il ait été serré comme ça, et que cela peut endommager le joint et donc l'étanchéité. Idem, cette certaine personne m'a répondu d'un Email peu aimable que ca n'était pas de leur faute et que c'était impossible que le remontoir soit bloqué, et pourtant il l'était bien...

In der Beschreibung steht: "Zustand Sehr gut (Getragen, keine bis kaum sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren). Leider stimmte das nicht. Die Uhr zeigt sehr deutliche, tiefe Dellen, die sofort ins Auge springen. Das hat mit normaler Trageabnutzung nichts mehr gemein - Sehr gut heisst: "Very good: The watch shows what might be considered normal wear by a careful owner who wore the watch regularly. Scratches are evident, but no nicks or dings. May have replacement parts and/or a high quality redial. Running and keeping good time, though may need minor regulation. A sound, attractive presentation overall.

La montre prenait rapidement un retard important, le remontoir avait des à coups . Elle laissait penser qu'elle avait besoin d'une vérification et d'une révision. J'ai été surprise et déçue qu'un objet de ce prix soit livré dans cet état. J'ai dû payer les frais de retour au prétexte que je ne voulais pas la garder après réparation. Une fois retournée je crains de l'avoir revue, aussitôt remise en vente !

Uhr verlor am Tag knapp 1 Minute und die Leuchtindexe waren teilweise nich mehr auf dem Ziffernblatt. Rückversand zu meinen Lasten mit DHL 87,99€ nur weil die Mängel nicht benannt wurden. Ich hätte erwartet das ein renommierter Händler die Ware vorher überprüft oder darauf hinweist.

le vendeur ne précise pas que le bracelet de cette montre est destiné à un enfant, aucune explication pour le fonctionnement fournie avec le produit, ne propose pas de le modifier, communication nulle, demande simplement de renvoyer l'article pour remboursement , à mes frais bien entendu, (50€ aller, autant pour le retour), je me débrouille donc avec

Bonjour ! Mon horloger agréé ROLEX a contrôlé cette montre et le verre a été collé au boîtier car la bague de fixation de la glace était H.S. (nombreux chocs) et ne pouvait garantir l'étanchéité du boîtier d'ou le collage. Le ressort de la lunette était également cassé. Je dois donc engagé des frais pour garantir l’étanchéité de cette montre. Cordialement, Daniel
