hello, this comment is extremely unfair, and you know that, you could have returned this 90 years old watchbox for a full refund or alternatively a price reduction ....... and it was YOU who offered to leave everything as it is. To WARN other customers about my business is a complete desaster and i have no idea why you do this. There is absolutely no repair at this box, simply it is from 1930 and having a little bit in mind its age and rareness, this small imperfection at one of the 4 corners (not even 0,2 % of the box) is absolutely normal. we never declared this box as new old stock or unused or 100% condition. Your negative comment is completely unfair since you never gave us a chance to react. Anyway, stay safe !

They shipped the watch to me with the caseback undone which caused condensation to get in during shipping. I had to pay to have it serviced. Rookie watchmaker move!

i am very sorry to read again that you are not satisfied with your purchase. In my opinion this very rare watch is a fantastic condition vintage watch. I have my own workshop with several master watchmakers since 1989 ( i am in this business since 1981), and i believe that we do understand reassembling etc after servicing 10.000s of vintage watches. We never close our watches tied after servicing since we need to take fotos of the movement and inside back etc. In this particular case most probably the fotografer left the case back unscrewed or possible screwed on very litte. I really apologize for that. 100% for sure condensation could not come in during shipping, this must have happened after the watch has been unpacked. Anyway, as you may remember i offered you to return this item for a full refund but you never answered my email. Again, i apologize that it did not work out for you. Best regards and stay safe !

Le coffret de la montre est dans piteux état et l'emballage n'est pas mieux. La prestation ne vaut pas le prix de l'expédition. Enfin l expédition a été laborieuse. 6 jours pour que le colis soit prélevé + une communication tres décevante pendant cette période. La communication et le service ne sont pas au niveau de la vente d'une montre.

Bonjour, Le délai d'expédition est donné avec 2-6 jours avec chaque description et était donc connu. Nous avons respecté cette fois. Nous essayons toujours d'expédier dès que possible mais n'avons aucun contrôle sur lui si le conducteur d'UPS ne vient pas. Nous vous en avons également informé directement après réception de vos demandes. Par conséquent, nous ne comprenons pas votre plainte concernant le transport. Nous ne comprenons pas non plus votre plainte au sujet de "communication très décevante". Mes réponses étaient toujours moins d'heures. Je ne suis au courant d'aucun problème avec l'état de la montre. Vous pouvez retourner la montre et le bracelet à tout moment. Nous rembourserons immédiatement le prix d'achat, si la montre et le bracelet sont toujours dans le même état que lors de la réception des marchandises.
